Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin RN or LPN license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care for residents with dignity and independence.
• Assess resident needs and monitor changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Supervise nursing assistants to ensure high-quality care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and regulatory compliance.
