VMP Healthcare and Community Living in Wisconsin is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join our care team. You will provide direct and indirect resident care, perform technical procedures, and collaborate with the Registered Nurse to deliver safe, compassionate care across subacute, convalescent, and chronically ill residents.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the State of Wisconsin.
• Minimum six months experience in a long-term care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct and indirect care to residents.
• Performs a variety of technical procedures in caring for subacute, convalescent and chronically ill residents.
• Collaborates with the Registered Nurse in administering care to complex residents.
• Independent projects or quality improvement initiatives are encouraged.
• Maintains practice under the LPN scope of practice guidelines.
