You will provide direct and indirect resident care, perform technical procedures, and collaborate with the Registered Nurse to deliver safe, compassionate care across subacute, convalescent, and chronically ill residents.

Qualifikationen

• Active LPN license in the State of Wisconsin.
• Minimum six months experience in a long-term care setting preferred.
