Job summary

Smyth-Green Bay in Green Bay, WI is seeking a detail-oriented Rewind Operator (3rd shift) to join our Print Finishing team. You will operate CEI rewind equipment to produce high-quality labels for store shelves in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This full-time, on-site role requires strong attention to detail, ability to perform basic math and read a ruler, and good teamwork. Shifts are Sunday through Thursday, 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM; physical work up to 50 lbs is required, with Lean

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform basic math and read a ruler.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work.
• Flexographic printing experience preferred.
• Lean manufacturing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain CEI rewind equipment.
• Inspect finished labels to ensure quality standards are met.
• Follow production specifications and work priorities.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks.
• Support continuous improvement and Lean initiatives.
