Job summary

Smyth-Green Bay is seeking a detail-oriented Rewind Operator for the 3rd shift in Green Bay, WI. You will set up, operate, and maintain CEI rewind equipment to produce high-quality labels for store shelves, working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities include inspecting finished labels, following production priorities, performing preventive maintenance, and supporting Lean initiatives. The role requires a strong eye for detail, basic math, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform basic math and read a ruler.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work.
• Flexographic printing experience preferred.
• Lean manufacturing experience a plus.

Smyth-Green Bay is looking for a detail-oriented Rewind Operator to join our Print Finishing team. In this role, you'll help produce high-quality product labels seen on store shelves every day while working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Schedule

Sunday - Thursday | 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

What You'll Do
