Job summary

Belmark Inc. is seeking a Rewind Operator for the 2nd shift (2:00 p.m.–12:00 a.m., Mon-Thu) at Plant 1. You will run state-of-the-art equipment to produce high-quality labels, inspect output, and complete required paperwork in a fast-paced packaging environment.

The role requires operating a rewind machine, meeting minimum standards, and potential duties like bundling or fanfolding labels. Eligible employees enjoy comprehensive benefits and a strong team culture.

Qualifications

• Education equivalent to two years of high school is required.
• English language proficiency is required.
• Ability to set up and operate a rewind machine using basic tools.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic (add/subtract/multiply/divide).
• Ability to read and follow simple written and oral instructions.
• Ability to meet deadlines and maintain focus.
• Physical ability to stand most of the work time and lift up to 70 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures and support Safe Quality Foods requirements.
• Set up rewind machine.
• Calculate labels per roll or bundle.
• Rewind labels per job instructions and inspect quality.
• Identify product with accurate information.
• Complete packing slips and paperwork.
• Keep work area and machine clean and organized.
• May bundle labels or fanfold labels.
• May perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
