Job summary

Engineered Profiles LLC is seeking a Grinding Operator for the 3rd shift in Columbus, Ohio. This full-time, hourly non-exempt position runs Mon-Fri from 10pm to 6am.

The role involves setting up and operating equipment to produce regrind that meets customer expectations, completing daily shift reports, and upholding safety and quality standards. Competitive benefits include medical plans, 401k matching, quarterly profit-sharing, and an annual shoe allowance.

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate a sit-down forklift.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to stand for long periods.
• Understand written and verbal instructions.
• Work well with others.
• Learn and retain information on processes and procedures.
• Work in temperatures up to 115 degrees.
• Multitask in a fast-changing production setting.
• Willing to perform additional duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate equipment to produce regrind meeting customer expectations.
• Fill out daily shift reports and log production data.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping by following rules and keeping area clean.
• Ensure quality regrind and proper transfer to silos.
• Assist in training new trainees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
