Job summary

Oberto Snacks, Inc. is seeking a Ready to Eat (RTE) Operator 1 for the 3rd shift in Kent, WA. This onsite production role operates packaging lines, ensures quality, and helps meet production targets. Hourly wage ranges from $23.00 to $24.00 with shift differential for 3rd shift.

Qualifications

• High School (minimum) required.
• 6 months manufacturing experience preferred.
• Pallet Jack experience preferred.
• Familiarity with HACCP/SQF is a plus.
• Ability to read specs and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines to meet quality and efficiency standards.
• Set up and adjust packaging lines to ensure accurate labeling and throughput.
• Direct and assist team on lines to maintain schedule.
• Perform QA checks and document results.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety practices on the line.
