Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required.
• 6 months manufacturing experience preferred.
• Pallet Jack experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Defrost meat: unload trailers, prep, and monitor thawing processes to ready for slicing.
• Spice/Batching: assemble stations, add spices per procedures, stage meat and ensure proper weights.
• Maintain sanitation and GMP adherence; monitor line efficiency; assist Raw Processor 1 as needed.
