Job summary

Oberto Snacks, Inc. is seeking a Packaging Operator for the 3rd shift on our Kent, WA site. The role involves operating multiple packaging lines, ensuring quality, and leading teammates on the line.

You’ll set up stations, perform QA checks, monitor weights and batch records, and keep the area clean and safe while meeting production schedules. Candidate must have high school education, basic math and reading specs, plus the ability to work in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High School (minimum) required or equivalent.
• Lock-Out Tag-Out certification or training completed.
• Familiarity with HACCP/SQF principles preferred and training provided.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging lines to meet quality standards and schedule.
• Set up workstations for efficient packaging and line changeovers.
• Direct team members and coordinate with other lines to maintain production flow.
• Perform QA checks and adjust machine settings to maintain product quality.
• Maintain housekeeping and record weights, batch numbers, and ingredient tickets.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and report any malfunctions promptly.
