Job summary

Quality Technician — Manufacturing position at 100Hires, Inc. in Lenexa, KS on our 3rd shift (11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.). This role supports 3rd‑shift production by performing essential testing, inspections, and documentation to ensure products meet customer specifications and food safety standards.

You will trend data, prepare COA/COC, and maintain quality records while working closely with production teams to address quality issues on a fast-paced packaging line.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior quality experience in manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to read measurements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with production teams to identify and address quality issues.
• Decide product quarantine based on customer requirements, production capabilities and defect severity.
• Inspect customer complaints and returns to determine disposition.
• Perform laboratory testing such as COF, tensile, bond strength, and tear testing.
• Prepare data reports, COA/COC, and maintain quality records.
• Trend and evaluate testing results to report out-of-spec conditions.
• Support machine operators with quality questions and testing needs.
• Follow GMPs and SQF programs; maintain food safety compliance.
