Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and write in English; Spanish a plus.
• Proficient in basic math and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP and USDA regulations a plus.
• Reliable and punctual; able to work overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Identifies raw and cooked material condition by sampling and testing materials.
• Identifies in-process product condition by taking samples and performing tests during production.
• Determines disposition of finished product by analyzing data and comparing to specs.
• Documents finished product status by recording inspection and test results.
• Maintains a clean, safe work environment by following procedures and regulations.
• Participates in food safety programs to ensure ingredient and product safety.
• Attends training sessions to maintain regulatory knowledge.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
