Job summary

US Farathane is seeking an experienced Quality Supervisor to oversee the quality team and daily production-floor quality activities. The role focuses on part quality, adherence to processes, and stakeholder communication to drive accountability on the line.

Key duties include supervising inspectors, tracking issues, ensuring policy compliance, and training operators on new launches and current jobs while maintaining 6S and visual standards on the press floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years related experience in quality or manufacturing preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage/supervise Quality Team including inspectors and leaders.
• Track and report daily quality issues on the production floor; provide shift summaries.
• Ensure compliance with all quality policies and procedures on the floor.
• Assist with operator training for new launches and current jobs.
• Verify operations against quality standards; communicate deviations and corrective actions.
• Audit daily to ensure labeling, part quality, and defect handling are correct.
