US Farathane Corporation seeks an experienced Quality Supervisor to focus on part quality and process adherence on the production floor. You will supervise the quality team, work with production and quality engineers, and ensure policies and procedures are followed.

The role requires accountability and hands-on leadership. The position involves monitoring operator performance, training, and maintaining quality records, with emphasis on rapid issue escalation and containment of suspect parts.

Qualifikationen

• Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or GED; or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Supervise Quality Team – Quality Inspectors / Zone Leaders / Quality Auditors regarding performance, quality, discipline.
• Work closely with Production Supervisors, Quality Engineers and Quality Manager to track and report daily quality issues on the production floor.
• Ensure all quality policies and procedures are followed on the production floor; own this responsibility.
