Job summary

Mativ is seeking a QC Inspector to support the Sustainable & Adhesive Solutions function. You will perform in-process and finished-goods inspections, enter results into the Scapa ERP, and help ensure products meet specification under Quality Engineering supervision.

This role requires at least 2 years in QA/QC manufacturing, a high school diploma, and strong measurement and math skills. Shift is Friday–Sunday, 6:00 pm–6:00 am, in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in QA or QC manufacturing.
• High School diploma required; bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
• Familiar with basic measurements, test equipment and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs auditing and testing of in-process and finished goods per PRS/Tech 11.
• Record and enter test results into the Scapa ERP System.
• Coordinate shop floor QC testing based on production schedule.
• Issue non-conformance reports for any tested material out of specification.
• Maintain and organize product master files; ensure GDP documentation.
