Job summary

Mativ Holdings, Inc. is a global leader in specialty materials with a strong QA/QC focus. The QC Inspector will perform inspections and tests throughout the manufacturing process to ensure specifications are met under the supervision of Quality Engineering.

Responsibilities include auditing, data entry into ERP, calibration maintenance, and collaboration with QA and Production scheduling. Candidates should have 2+ years in QA/QC, a high school diploma (bachelor's preferred), and good teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in QA/QC manufacturing environments.
• Familiar with basic measurements, test equipment, and math.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Experience in medical device industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Audits and tests in-process and finished goods per PRS or Tech 11.
• Record test results into the ERP system.
• Set up QC test equipment and maintain calibration status.
• Interface with Quality Assurance and Production scheduling on specs.
• Issue non-conformance reports for out-of-spec materials.
• Assist in training new QA inspectors and participate in continuous improvement.
