Emerge Talent is seeking a QC Inspector to join our Production and Manufacturing team on B shift. The role focuses on inspecting incoming, in-process, and outgoing items to meet quality standards.

You will use calipers and micrometers, document results, and analyze data to spot trends, collaborating with production for corrective actions. Training is provided, with emphasis on building QC skills and maintaining accurate records.

Qualificações

• Previous quality control experience in a manufacturing environment required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures precisely.
• Proficient in using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers) and basic computer programs.
• Solid math and analytical skills, plus accurate documentation.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished goods.
• Use precision measuring tools to perform accurate measurements.
• Document inspection results and maintain quality records.
• Analyze inspection data to identify trends and recurring issues.
