Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Math test will be administered to applicants who have never been tested.
• Ability to work well with other departments and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Batter tests and net weights.
• Product temperature checks (frozen / fully cooked).
• Box counts / portion weight checks.
• Boneless product inspection.
• Inedible dock checks and scale/metal detector checks.
• General record keeping and filing.
• Bone and contamination reports; HACCP monitoring.
• Sample collection for bacteria and fat/moisture tests.
• Formulation and brine checks; returned product inspection.
