Job summary

Netpace Inc. in Tempe, AZ is seeking a QA Laboratory Technician for a 6+ month assignment on a 3rd shift (8pm–4:30am, Mon–Fri). You will sample, test, plate, read and record product test results, maintain daily records, and support data entry and CCP monitoring.

Responsibilities include following SOPs, maintaining GMP and food-safety training, calibrating equipment, driving continuous improvement, and coordinating with supervisor on production issues.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED with 3+ years of lab experience.
• Knowledge of microbiological, physical, chemical, and organoleptic testing.
• Adherence to GMPs, HACCP, and safety policies.
• Ability to follow SOPs and maintain records.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Sampling, testing, plating, reading, and recording product test results.
• Ensure that daily records are kept and maintained.
• Data Entry, tracking, and interpretation.
• Follow QC Hold Procedures for out-of-specification products.
• Follow SOPs and maintain a 5-S rating of an 'A'.
• Be flexible in working hours and calibrate equipment.
• Participate in driving continuous improvement.
• Meet with supervisor daily regarding production issues.
• Monitor CCP records and frequencies.
• Follow-up customer complaints and coordinate with production.
• Manage product specifications and ensure GMP/food safety compliance.
