Job Title: 3rd Shift Production Worker
Location: Twinsburg, OH
Shift: 3rd Shift (Typically 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $17/hour
Job Description:
We are currently hiring dependable and motivated individuals to join our production team on 3rd shift at our Twinsburg facility. Production workers are responsible for operating equipment, assembling products, performing quality checks, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Responsibilities:
Operate machinery or hand tools to assemble products per specifications
Perform quality inspections on finished products
Package and label products for shipment
Maintain a clean, organized work area
Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
Meet production targets and timelines
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED preferred
Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience a plus (not required)
Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs
Strong attention to detail and a good work ethic
Willingness to work overnight hours and overtime as needed
Must be reliable and punctual
