Radiac is a TYROLIT Company owned by the Swarovski Group, headquartered in Schwaz, Austria. Tyrolit is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of grinding and dressing tools for the metals industry. Since 1919, our innovative tools have contributed significantly to technological development across various industries.

Radiac is looking to expand our Production Team in Salem, IL. We are currently offering part-time positions (up to 20 hours per week). Starting pay is $20.25 per hour, increasing to $21.25 after six months, and reaching the union scale after one year, which is currently $23.91 per hour. Additionally, a $2.00 per hour shift premium applies for 2nd or 3rd shifts.

Benefits include prorated PTO based on hours worked and participation in the 401(k) plan.

In this role, you will be responsible for following work instructions to meet production goals and quality standards safely.
