Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent).
• 2–4 years of relevant production experience.
• Ability to follow directions and work well in a team.
• Ability to interpret and translate job specifications for production machinery.
• Thorough understanding of production equipment.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality.
• Active participation in continuous improvement initiatives (CBSQ, GEMBA, 5S).

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on training for line operators and production roles, ensuring safe and effective performance.
• Train, coach, and qualify employees on SOPs, quality standards, and safety practices.
• Instruct team on housekeeping and workplace organization to support safety and efficiency.
• Instruct trainees to inspect, measure, and weigh bottles to meet specs and quality requirements.
• Monitor trainee performance and provide constructive feedback and follow-up support.
• Maintain training records, qualification documentation, and production logs.
• Identify, document, and report quality concerns and defects.
• Serve as SME for operators on processes, equipment, quality requirements, and safety practices.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in line with policies.
• Partner with supervisors and plant leadership on workforce development and onboarding.
• Support continuous improvement by standardizing methods and sharing best practices.
