Job summary

Solenis is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead shift operations and ensure the production schedule is met with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and productivity. You will drive continuous improvement, coach operators, and oversee CMMS usage, downtime response, and training for new equipment.

The role requires 7+ years in manufacturing with 5+ years of supervisory experience, and the ability to work the 3rd shift (10:30 PM–6:30 AM) in Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years manufacturing experience and 5+ years supervisory experience.
• CMMS experience strongly preferred; SAP experience a plus.
• Strong computer and basic math skills.
• Knowledge of equipment setup, operation, and preventive maintenance.
• Preferred experience with controls, electronics, pneumatics, and PLCs.
• Physical requirements: lift 55 lbs, stand up to 4 hours, bend/stretch regularly.
• Willingness to work 3rd shift (10:30 PM - 6:30 AM)

Responsibilities

• Lead production activities and ensure schedule, safety, quality, and productivity goals are met.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching and corrective action when needed.
• Respond quickly to equipment downtime to minimize production loss.
• Support operator training, new equipment startup, and team development.
• Drive continuous improvement and assist with capital and operational projects.
• Maintain and improve CMMS (Manager Plus) accuracy and usage.
• Promote and reinforce a strong Safety-First Culture across all operations.
