Job summary

Solenis in Wisconsin is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead shift operations, ensuring safe, on‑time execution of the production schedule and alignment with safety, quality, and productivity goals.

The role supports operator training, drives continuous improvement, maintains CMMS accuracy, and adapts to equipment downtime. Strong supervisory experience and knowledge of CMMS/SAP are preferred; 3rd shift availability is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years manufacturing experience.
• 5+ years supervisory experience.
• CMMS experience strongly preferred; SAP experience a plus.
• Strong computer and basic math skills.
• Knowledge of equipment setup, operation, and preventive maintenance.

The Production Supervisor leads shift operations to ensure safe, efficient, and on‑time execution of the production schedule. This role drives safety, quality, and productivity performance, supports operator training, and escalates issues when performance expectations are not met. The Production Supervisor also contributes to continuous improvement, supports maintenance needs, and ensures strong communication across shifts. Plans and prepares manufacturing production schedules and departmental workflows to establish sequence and lead time of each production operation to meet shipping dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders | Expedites operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions; includes estimating | Analyzes plant capacity and production requisition data to determine manufacturing processes and required resources; prepares production reports.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years manufacturing experience and 5+ years supervisory experience.
• CMMS experience strongly preferred; SAP experience a plus.
• Strong computer and basic math skills.
• Knowledge of equipment setup, operation, and preventive maintenance.
• Preferred experience with controls, electronics, pneumatics, and PLCs.

Physical requirements: lift 55 lbs, stand up to 4 hours, bend/stretch regularly.

Willingness to work 3rd shift (10:30 PM - 6:30 AM).

The expected compensation range for this position is between $77,270.00 and $113,322.00 plus discretionary bonuses.
