Job summary

Eaton’s Electrical Division is seeking a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor in Nacogdoches, TX. You will direct departmental activities to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery while driving continuous improvement and lean initiatives across the plant.

The role requires leadership in a manufacturing/operations environment and offers relocation assistance for eligible candidates. Salary ranges from $71,000 to $105,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years of manufacturing leadership experience or 15 years with 2 years of leadership.
• Willing to relocate within 50 miles of Nacogdoches, TX; relocation benefits offered.
• United States work authorization; no immigration sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Direct departmental activities to achieve safety, quality, on-time delivery, and productivity.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives.
• Schedule direct and indirect labor to meet production goals and budgets.
• Coach and monitor performance on safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Review inventory, coordinate maintenance, and manage department expenses.
