Job summary

Brooks Instrument is seeking a Production Supervisor (3rd shift) at its Hatfield, PA headquarters. The role leads the 3rd shift production team, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency while applying ITW toolbox practices to improve delivery and productivity.

The supervisor will coordinate with 1st/2nd shifts, manage schedules, and drive continuous improvement efforts. Candidates should have 3+ years of supervisory experience in production, and familiarity with lean manufacturing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a production setting.
• Demonstrated knowledge of lean manufacturing technologies preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Oversee second shift production to meet safety, quality, production, and housekeeping standards.
• Utilize ITW toolbox to improve delivery, productivity, inventory, and overhead.
• Lead and mentor operations personnel to maintain a safe and productive environment.
• Coordinate with 1st and 2nd shifts to meet overall production goals.
• Support daily production requirements and maintain schedules based on customer delivery.
• Ensure conformance to Brooks Quality system and ITW toolbox practices.
• Train staff and promote 5S discipline and visual management.
