Brooks Instrument in Hatfield, PA is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic (2nd shift) to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment, machinery, and facility systems at the company headquarters. The role requires independent work, strict safety compliance, and the ability to respond to issues after hours, including emergencies or overtime.

A minimum 7–10 years of related experience is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7-10 years of industrial, manufacturing, or facilities maintenance experience required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, pneumatic, and facility-related equipment within training/qualifications.
• Perform minor construction and facility repairs including drywall, demolition, doors, and electrical repairs.
• Repair and maintain production and machining equipment such as HAAS machines and CNC lathes.
• Develop knowledge of facility systems including HVAC, electrical, compressed air, plumbing and safety systems.
• Respond to equipment and facility issues, alarms, leaks, and utility interruptions; escalate as needed.
