Qualifications

• Associates degree plus a minimum of 3 years’ experience in manufacturing; or 5 years supervisor experience in a multi-shift operation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to lead teams.
• Proficient with ERP systems and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead production employees to ensure safe manufacture of quality products delivered on-time and in-full.
• Promote development and growth of employees within assigned departments.
• Enforce safety policies and quality standards across shifts.
• Coordinate and track training and competency to support cross-training.
• Review daily production attainment and adjust plans as needed.
