MRINetwork in Cincinnati, OH, is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 3rd shift to lead a manufacturing team on a process-oriented line. You will report to the Production Manager and drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement while meeting customer specifications.

The role requires 3-5 years of supervisory experience in food, beverage, or related manufacturing, with a preference for a bachelor’s degree.

Qualificações

• 3-5 years of production supervisory experience in relevant manufacturing environments.
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with LEAN manufacturing principles is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop 10 manufacturing employees.
• Plan production flow, labor, and equipment schedules to meet goals.
• Monitor safety, quality, productivity, downtime, and performance.
• Promote continuous improvement and LEAN principles to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Planning, Warehouse, HR, and other departments.
• Use ERP to manage production orders and resolve inventory issues.
• Hire, train, coach, and evaluate staff for skills development.
• Ensure SOPs, policies, quality standards, and safety procedures are followed.
• Support process improvements, SOP development, and capital projects.
