Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in leadership and lean continuous improvement in manufacturing.

• Experience leading teams and driving KPI achievement.
• Proficiency with SAP/ERP systems and MS365 suite.

• Drive health and safety, production sequencing, and product quality.
• Monitor parameters and develop action plans to close performance gaps.
