Job summary

Cascades is seeking a Production Supervisor in Schenectady for the 3rd shift (11:00 PM–7:00 AM). You will lead safety-first production teams, drive continuous improvement, and ensure quality and efficiency across operations.

You will coach staff, manage performance, and coordinate with Maintenance and Quality to minimize downtime and optimize line performance. This role requires a strong problem-solving mindset and collaborative leadership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; a bachelor’s degree is preferred in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Technology or Business Administration.
• Willing to work 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM, Monday–Friday.
• 2+ years of leadership in a manufacturing setting with lean improvement.
• Strong problem solving, teamwork, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead third-shift teams to meet safety, quality, productivity, and cost targets.
• Coach and develop employees; manage performance and scheduling.
• Ensure shift documentation, reporting, and handoffs are accurate.
• Collaborate with Maintenance and Quality to resolve issues.
