Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in leadership and lean continuous improvement in manufacturing.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's preferred in related field.
• Experience leading teams and driving KPI achievement.
• Proficiency with SAP/ERP systems and MS365 suite.

Your Role

As Production Supervisor, you'll take on real challenges that bring out your full potential. Your scope includes:

• Drive optimal management of occupational health and safety, target production sequence and product compliance with quality standards.
• Monitor operating parameters while developing action plans to close performance gaps and resolve challenges.
• Engage employees through meaningful interactions, ongoing communications, and a team approach toward meeting production goals while nurturing a culture of continuous improvement.
• Achieve operational efficiency objectives associated with your business unit’s strategy by optimizing available resources, rigorously applying business processes and establishing an effective communication and leadership system.
• Support workforce planning, scheduling and approval of weekly hours worked.
• Manage performance in support of achieving KPI’s and team objectives.

What You Bring

You're a natural fit for Production Supervisorif you have:

• High School Diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Technology or Business Administration. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Willing to work 10:00pm - 6:00am Sunday - Thursday with occasional additional support where needed as the business grows.
• 3+ years' experience in leadership and lean continuous improvement processes in a manufacturing environment.
• Leadership and a collaborative spirit that inspire and engage teams to achieve excellence.
• Ability to solve problems and prioritize daily tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent computer skills to include MS365 and SAP or ERP software.
