Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a leadership position (team lead, supervisor, etc.).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to team leads and hourly production staff; maintain safe work environment and set expectations.
• Develop, implement, and audit daily standard work.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts and root cause analyses; implement corrective actions.
• Maintain production schedule ensuring quality and productivity.
• Coordinate with supply chain, quality, and shipping to meet targets on time.
• Capture data and analyze productivity to identify causes of fluctuations.
• Enforce safety rules and company policies; handle issues with HR/Safety when needed.
