Comar in Rancho Cucamonga, CA is seeking a BLOW MOLD PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR for the 3rd shift (11:00pm-7:30am). You will oversee manufacturing operations, ensure GMP/SOP adherence and drive continuous improvement to meet production goals.

The role requires a 1-year technical certificate and 1–2 years' related experience; strong safety focus and ability to lead a team are essential. This full-time on-site position offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

One-year certificate from college or technical school.
1–2 years’ related experience and/or training.
Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to communicate effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization.
Ability to perform arithmetic operations and interpret simple formulas.
Instructions may be furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Exposure to light industrial fumes or airborne particles in a climate-controlled environment.
Frequent exposure to moving mechanical parts and loud noise.

Responsibilities

Supervise the manufacture of products to verify conformance to specifications.
Ensure GMP and SOP are followed correctly.
Organize and coordinate the workflow in the department during the shift.
Pursue and contribute to cost reduction methods.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement to achieve quality and production goals.
Develop and lead a high performing team: establish clear expectations, monitor performance.
Interview, hire, train employees; plan, assign, and direct work; evaluate performance; address issues.
