Job summary

Comar is hiring a Cleanroom Process Technician for the 2nd shift (3:00 PM–11:30 PM) on-site in California. You will operate injection molding equipment, set up molds, and ensure products meet quality specifications within validated processes.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in manufacturing process tech roles with knowledge of RJG cavity monitoring, scientific molding principles, and IQ/OQ/PQ validation. Certification and ISO environment experience are a plus.

Qualifications

High school or vocational graduate with 3+ years as a manufacturing process technician or related mold development experience.
Knowledge of molding process, injection mold tooling, and RJG cavity monitoring systems.
Understanding of scientific molding principles and IQ-OQ-PQ validation processes.
RJG certification.
Preferred knowledge of DELMIAWorks (IQMS) Manufacturing software.
Experience in ISO 90001/13485 environments is a plus.
Experience with both injection and extrusion molding equipment.

Responsibilities

Operate molding machines and auxiliary equipment to meet quality specifications and output targets.
Set up molds and establish process parameters per documentation, safety rules and production concepts.
Start up machines to produce quality product within validated molding processes.
Perform tool and machine set-up, operation, and process capabilities to meet delivery and quality expectations.
Complete quality management system documentation during startups.
Troubleshoot quality/part issues and perform root-cause analysis.
