Job summary

Comar in Rancho Cucamonga, CA is seeking a Cleanroom Process Technician for the 3rd shift (11:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.). The role emphasizes molding processes, DOE, CAPA, and GMP adherence in a fast-paced, ISO-aligned environment.

You will operate and set up injection molding equipment, run validated processes, document quality checks, troubleshoot mold issues, and collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Production to improve yield and cycle times.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a manufacturing process technician or equivalent.
• Understanding of molding processes, injection mold tooling, and RJG cavity pressure monitoring systems.
• Familiarity with IQMS/DELMIAWorks or similar manufacturing software.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up injection molding machines per SOP and quality specs.
• Lead DOE/CAPA for process development and mold validation.
• Document process parameters, QC checks, and GMP compliance.
