Base pay range

$60,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

Position Overview

The Production Supervisor directs the activities of a recognized manufacturing department. Ensures production schedules and quality standards are met. Responsible for employee safety, administering company policies, assisting in hiring, and succession planning.

Essential Functions

1. Oversee production schedule and quality standards.
2. Ensure safety of the team.
3. Drive continuous improvement and cost control (scrap and rework reduction, cost management, material prep, and monthly meetings).
4. Supervise employees: training, record updates, evaluations, hiring, goal setting, and progress tracking.

Required Experience

1. Proven experience as a production supervisor or similar role.
2. Strong leadership skills.
3. Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
4. Intermediate computer skills (MS Office).
5. Basic financial understanding.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Moderate noise level.
• Exposure to moving mechanical parts.
• Frequently lift/move up to 30 pounds.
• Stand, bend, squat, reach regularly.
• Use hand tools and read instructions.
