Job summary

Lawrence Plastics, LLC is seeking a dedicated Production Operator to operate assigned Machine(s) and ensure quality parts meet customer requirements. You will read blueprints, follow work instructions, and inspect products while adhering to safety and IATF 16949 standards.

This role requires daily attendance, willingness to work overtime, and comfortable handling up to 40 lbs. US work authorization is required; prior experience in a similar environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned machine(s) to produce quality parts meeting customer requirements.
• Inspect products during production to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Read blueprints and work instructions to understand quality expectations for each product.
• Complete training activities to perform duties safely and accurately.
• Comply with IATF 16949 standards.
• Attend daily and be willing to work overtime as scheduled.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the department supervisor.
