Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day production operations on the 3rd shift and ensure safety, productivity, and quality targets are met.
• Supervise and manage production personnel, assign workloads, and ensure proper use of tools and materials.
• Review production schedules and coordinate with maintenance and other departments to meet delivery dates.
• Maintain reporting on production performance and participate in safety and process improvement initiatives.
