Job summary

MITER Brands in Temperance, MI is seeking a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor to lead an insulated glass fabrication team on the 7:00pm–3:30am shift. You will ensure safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery while managing costs and reducing back-orders.

The role requires 2–3 years of frontline leadership, a Bachelor’s degree preferred, strong communication, coaching skills, and the ability to adapt in a dynamic manufacturing environment; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of front-line leadership experience
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Experience in a manufacturing/production environment is desirable

Responsibilities

• Directs and schedules team members on the production line, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity.
• Provides feedback, coaching, and development opportunities to team members.
• Cross-trains and rotates staff to optimize performance and coverage.
• Maintains production records and monitors overall integrity of work produced.
• Leads process improvements to enhance methods, equipment performance, and product quality.
