Job summary

You will coach staff, participate in performance reviews, and drive continuous improvement through GMP, HACCP, and Lean practices. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2+ years of shift supervision
• Experience with GMPs, HACCP, sanitation, and quality assurance
• Strong leadership, problem solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills at various levels
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Lean Manufacturing experience
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stay organized

Responsibilities

• Supervise hourly employees in the Cheese and Drying departments and coordinate with plant and corporate management to meet quality and timelines
• Coach and mentor staff, participate in performance reviews, and promote safety and inclusion
• Drive continuous improvement focusing on cost, quality, service, people, and environment
• Plan work schedules and production plans to meet customer requirements and business goals
• Communicate across functions to optimize operations and resources and manage line efficiency and labor productivity
