Job summary

Land O'Lakes, Inc. is seeking a Sanitation Supervisor to lead sanitation programs, drive HACCP and food safety initiatives, and supervise a team of 12 employees within the Quality Department.

The role partners with QA, operations, and R&D, and requires strong knowledge of sanitation practices, IP, and continuous improvement in a dairy/food production setting. 3rd shift availability is included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 2+ years of sanitation experience in food/beverage/dairy industries.
• Associates degree with 3+ years sanitation experience.
• High School Diploma with 4+ years sanitation experience in food-related fields.

Responsibilities

• Train employees and manage day-to-day sanitation programs.
• Plan, assign, and direct work; appraise performance and address disciplinary actions.
• Lead sanitation programs, maintain records, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with QA, operations, and R&D to support site sanitation and food safety.
