Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group is hiring Production Supervisors for its bakery operation in Rocky Mount, NC. This on-site, full-time role covers first, second, and third shifts, leading a team of 15–25 employees to deliver safe, high-quality products while meeting production goals.

You will coach and train staff, uphold GMPs and food safety standards, monitor performance, address downtime, and collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve issues and continuously improve efficiency.

Lead a team of approximately 15–25 production employees, helping deliver safe, high-quality products while meeting production goals. This is a hands‑on leadership opportunity with an established supervisory team and room for professional growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.

Qualifications:

• Production supervisory experience in food manufacturing; bakery or frozen food experience is especially relevant.
• Demonstrated ability to lead employees, manage performance, and build accountability.
• Working knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to work the assigned shift and support production scheduling needs.

Proposed Salary Range and Benefits:

• Base Salary: $76–$86K + 5% bonus opportunity
