Modern Machining Solutions Inc is hiring Production Supervisors for its bakery operation on-site in the United States. The role leads a team of 15–25 production employees across first, second, and third shifts, directing daily production activities and shift planning.

You will coach and develop staff, uphold food safety and GMP standards, monitor performance, resolve issues with maintenance and quality teams, and drive improvements while aligning with the company’s goals.

• Experience supervising production in food manufacturing; bakery or frozen foods preferred.
• Ability to lead employees, manage performance, and build accountability.
• Knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work the assigned shift and support production scheduling needs.

An established food manufacturer is hiring Production Supervisors for its bakery operation. Opportunities are available across first, second, and third shifts.

Lead a team of approximately 15–25 production employees, helping deliver safe, high-quality products while meeting production goals. This is a hands‑on leadership opportunity with an established supervisory team and room for professional growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.

Qualifications:

• Production supervisory experience in food manufacturing; bakery or frozen food experience is especially relevant.
• Demonstrated ability to lead employees, manage performance, and build accountability.
• Working knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to work the assigned shift and support production scheduling needs.

Proposed Salary Range and Benefits:

• Base Salary: $76–$86K + 5% bonus opportunity
