Soap Creek Resources is seeking a Production Supervisor for its on-site bakery in Rocky Mount, NC. The role oversees a team of 15–25 employees across first, second, and third shifts, driving safe, high-quality output while meeting production goals.

You will coach and develop staff, enforce GMPs and safety standards, and collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve issues. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity with room for growth.

• Production supervisory experience in food manufacturing; bakery or frozen food experience is especially relevant.
• Demonstrated ability to lead employees, manage performance, and build accountability.
• Working knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work the assigned shift and support production scheduling needs.

An established food manufacturer is hiring Production Supervisors for its bakery operation. Opportunities are available across first, second, and third shifts.

Lead a team of approximately 15–25 production employees, helping deliver safe, high-quality products while meeting production goals. This is a hands‑on leadership opportunity with an established supervisory team and room for professional growth.

Proposed Salary Range and Benefits:

• Base Salary: $76–$86K + 5% bonus opportunity
