Eckceptional Search, LLC is recruiting for Production Supervisors at an established food manufacturer in Rocky Mount, NC. The role oversees bakery operations across first, second, and third shifts, leading a team of about 15–25 production employees to deliver safe, high‑quality products and meet production goals.

This hands-on leadership position sits within an experienced supervisory team and offers room for professional growth.

• Experience supervising production in food manufacturing, bakery or frozen foods preferred.
• Ability to lead employees, manage performance, and drive accountability.
• Knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.

An established food manufacturer is hiring Production Supervisors for its bakery operation. Opportunities are available across first, second, and third shifts.

Lead a team of approximately 15–25 production employees, helping deliver safe, high-quality products while meeting production goals. This is a hands‑on leadership opportunity with an established supervisory team and room for professional growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.

Qualifications:

• Production supervisory experience in food manufacturing; bakery or frozen food experience is especially relevant.
• Demonstrated ability to lead employees, manage performance, and build accountability.
• Working knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to work the assigned shift and support production scheduling needs.

Proposed Salary Range and Benefits:

• Base Salary: $76–$86K + 5% bonus opportunity
