Multimatic is seeking a Production Operator for the 3rd shift (10 PM–6 AM) in Butler, Indiana. This role emphasizes safe operation of machinery, adherence to procedures, and teamwork to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• The ability to safely and effectively operate machinery; and material handling equipment within orientation period.

Responsibilities

• Operate, set up, and changeover machines safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
• Follow all established company policies and procedures.
• Perform all functions of machine operation and related tasks.
• Complete production paperwork accurately and in full.
• Participate in corrective action or continuous improvement activities when necessary.
