Job summary

Multimatic is expanding its Butler, Indiana facility and seeks a Production Operator for the 2nd shift (2pm–10pm). You will assemble materials, load work-in-progress and finished goods, and ensure quality and safety in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and basic machine operation skills. You will follow process books, perform changeovers, handle preventive maintenance, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to safely and effectively operate machinery and material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and load materials, work in process, and finished goods.
• Perform machine setup and changeovers.
• Follow process books and quality standards to ensure defect-free output.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and adhere to company policies.
• Assist with maintenance and minor repairs as needed.
• Support continuous improvement activities when assigned.
