Job summary

Multimatic Butler is seeking a Production Operator for the 3rd shift (10 PM–6 AM) at the Butler, Indiana facility. You will perform machine operation, setup and changeovers while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Candidates should have a GED and be capable of reading process sheets, following written and oral instructions and communicating clearly with teammates and supervision.

The role offers opportunities to participate in continuous improvement and training others.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; related experience can help.
• Ability to safely and efficiently perform all assignments.
• Follow oral and written instructions and communicate clearly with coworkers and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform machine operation, setup, and changeover.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Review process sheets for quality or process changes and implement countermeasures.
• Assist with training future operators as needed.
• Support continuous improvement and corrective action activities.
