Job summary

Solventum is hiring a Production Operator to support production operations, ensure quality, and maintain a safe plant environment. The 3rd shift runs Sun–Thu, 10 pm–6:30 am, with a starting pay of $21.12/hour plus shift premium. Onsite at 2724 Peck Rd, Monrovia, CA 91016, with opportunities to grow within Manufacturing Operations.

The role emphasizes adherence to safety and quality standards, communicating in English, and supporting efficient, compliant production processes across the plant.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED completed before start.
• 1 year of experience in a production or warehouse role is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate manual or semi-auto equipment, perform repetitive motions, assemble, stage, rework, order pull, bin replenishment, packaging, and loading/unloading.
• Perform in-process inspection of small parts to meet MOD and specification requirements.
• Identify and report defective parts to management.
• Meet quality and productivity standards established by the department.
• Follow all safety, quality, environmental and regulatory procedures.
• Communicate clearly in English in both verbal and written contexts.
