Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Production Operator to support manufacturing operations at our Monrovia, CA facility. You will help ensure quality, maintain safety, and keep a clean, efficient plant environment while working the 3rd shift (Sun–Thu, 10 pm–6:30 am). Starting pay is $21.12 per hour plus shift premium.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, ability to read drawings, and basic math skills. Prior production or warehouse experience is valued, including familiarity with 3M or Solventum

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED (completed prior to start OR 1 year of experience in a production or warehouse role)
  • Ability to work 3rd shift (Sund – Thurs; 10 pm – 6:30 am)
  • Entry level production/manufacturing experience
  • Prior experience working for 3M or Solventum as a contingent worker
  • Basic reading and writing skills
  • Ability to read and understand basic drawings/specifications

The impact you’ll make in this role

As a Production Operator, you’ll be responsible for supporting production operations, ensuring quality standards, and contributing to a safe and efficient plant environment. This role works the 3rd shift (Sun – Thurs; 10 pm – 6:30 am) and includes starting pay of $21.12/hour + shift premium.
